Scholl Associates was formed in 1980 by James J. Scholl, CLU, CHFC specializing in insurance and securities. The organization was expanded to offer comprehensive employee benefit programs in 1991. Jamie has been helping businesses control benefits costs for over 25 years. He is considered one of the nation’s foremost experts on Consumer Directed Health Care and since 1994 has been using consumerism as a tool to help employers control the cost of their benefits program. Jamie is the owner of two companies providing solutions to businesses and their employees.

Pam A. Lownsdale

Pam A. Lownsdale has been Office Manager and Director of Client Relations for Scholl Associates and BOSSupport since July 2000. Pam is a member of the Colorado Human Resource Association and has amassed over two decades of experience working in the insurance and management fields with emphasis on customer relations. Her many skills and responsibilities include; liaison between client and carriers to resolve issues to client satisfaction, managing on-line enrollment and management information systems, work flow processes, internal support for the broker staff and responsibility to see that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
